Lisa Sanford, Author of Ethnic Scrapbooking will explore why we as scrapbookers must gather and document our family heritage and how to bring your family together while investigating the past.

Janet Johnson, Certified Genealogist will share how scrapbookers can get involved without being overwhelmed or discouraged. She will also cover using census records, proper storage and care of old photos and using online genealogy tools.
"A Balanced Approach to Working on Current Scrapbooks while Starting Heritage Projects"
Monica Beall, owner, Harbor Scrapbooking will discuss steps to gather, identify and distribute heritage pictures to be scrapbooked at a later date. You don't have to be ready to make a heritage scrapbook before you start gathering pictures, stories and memorabilia of your family tree! She will also discuss scrapbooking today, for future generations. Methods for merging beautiful scrapbook pages designs with the proper way to document the who, what and when of your family's life.

Harbor Scrapbooking presents its Holiday themed crop. Last year’s crop was a lot of fun and very productive. You will receive a holiday themed gift bag Christmas or Hanukkah (your choice).

Another great gift is to digitize your family’s older pictures that were taken before the digital camera. Sometimes these pictures only get looked at during the sad times of life when someone has passed away. Why split up these pictures when you can all have a copy? Wouldn’t your siblings love copies of their childhood digitized for them and passed on to them during a happy time like the holidays? Gather, identify, and share these photos, now, during the joyful time of the holidays!
Gather your family’s, loose and fading pictures to get them scanned in, digitized and archived using our photo-scanning kiosk. We realize you are probably currently working on newer pictures while scrapbooking. For now, we recommend you just gather, scan, and preserve these older pictures so that when you aready to get to the “old stuff” it is there ready, archived and waiting for you.
